The waiting room is pleasant. There was only a short (10 min?)wait. Christine Curl, the PA I always see, was kind and efficient and took the time to look more closely at areas I was concerned about. I was very pleased with my visit, would recommend them to anyone, and will continue to go there every year for my regular yearly skin checks.
I’ve been seeing Sarah Johnson for several years now. I’ve had multiple bouts with squamous cell carcinoma. Sarah is fantastic. She never seems to be in a hurry and always listens to any of my concerns even the very minor issues. I was going to another dermatologist prior to seeing Sarah. I wasn’t very happy with them due to my family history. My dad died of melanoma and my mother had some cancerous spots too. I was scheduled with Wichita Dermatology as a new patient 3 months out. They got my records the next day, Thursday, and immediately called me on Friday of Labor Day weekend and asked me to come in on Tuesday. That’s excellent patient care! I’ve had several excisions these last few years by both Sarah and Dr. Landon Johnson just depending on surgery schedule. You can’t go wrong here!
PA Skylar and the nurse listened and understood my concerns. Advised what could be the cause. Gave me the alternative options. Accepted my decision. Repeated the description of the process. Handled me gently.
My experience was so refreshing!! All the staff were helpful in giving discounts that I didn’t know I had. I spend a lot on taking care of my skin and the discounts were amazing. I had the diamond glo facial which was wonderful as well. I have finally found a place I can trust for my skincare needs. It’s been a long year of searching out who is the best in Wichita!
I just went in for a yearly check-up. Dr. Johnson was attentive, thorough and put me at ease with some of my questions. He even sat down and spent some time going over specific directions and having the nurse write it down for me…he’s very honest and for every question I had, he would answer, even when it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, haha!! His nurse, was very kind, too:)
Dr Bohaty is so nice. She really takes the time to listen and understand your problems and concerns. I hope to have her as long as possible!!! Everyone at the clinic is friendly and prompt. I so enjoy seeing Becky when she is at the front desk! One could not ask for a better person to assist them. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows. Kim is so sweet and caring and helpful.
Dr Landon Johnson is a rockstar. I’m terrified when it comes to anything surgery. His team made sure to numb my hand and take good care of me. He got it on the first try. They called the morning after to make sure I was doing ok and follow up on me. Never had a doctor do that for me!
This was my first visit and the entire process was handled very well. From the reception staff to the screening/prep process through the visit with the PA and back to the reception staff. Everyone was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. An all around pleasant experience. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly.
